Our charges cover all equipment, labor and administrative fees. The only other charges you might incur will be minor, such as kit shipping costs, and supplies (as applicable). Demo Deluxe/I.M.G. is a family oriented company spearheaded by Jim Smith and Jerry Smith. Both Jim and Jerry have over 40 years of experience in the grocery business. Jim Smith’s experience includes 5 years at a major Supermarket Chain and 15 years in a large Southern California Food Brokerage, prior to founding Demo Deluxe / I.M.G. in 1983. Jerry Smith has experience at the Retail Store level and with P.I.A. Merchandising Company. He also has 16 years experience as a Sales Manager and Merchandising Director with Fazios and Albertsons. Our Account Representative, Teresa Lopez, has been with our company for 25 years. She started as a demonstrator, worked her way up to region manager, and has been in the office for 20 years, working with our clients to schedule your demos. Her experience and detailed follow through will provide you with a turnkey program, each time.
